Mets are proud to be hosting an exhibition match featuring the GB Sitting Volleyball Team.

If you have never heard of or seen Sitting Volleyball in action,  why not come along and experience it for yourself.  Children, adults, disabled or able bodied, players, coaches, the event is open to everyone. Entry is FREE.

The launch day will include a sitting volleyball demonstration match between players from the Great Britain Sitting Volleyball team and able-bodied members of Glasgow Mets.  Following the demonstration match, there will be 'Come and Try' sessions for members of the volleyball community, the public and people with a disability run by GB head coach Joze Banfi.

The Club aim to recruit both able bodied and disabled players for the new Glasgow Mets Sitting Volleyball Team. The team will train on a regular basis at Holyrood Sports centre and compete with teams from across the UK.

13:00pm- GB vs Glasgow Mets (Demonstration Match)

15:00pm - 17:00pm Come + Try Sitting Volleyball Session
