The club held its annual awards night on Saturday 7th June.

Awards were presented to the following players :

Player of the Year, Junior Girls : Amanda Burke

Player of the Year, Junior Boys : Dominik Sirant

Player of the Year, Senior Women : Chrissie Mahon (Setter)

Player of the Year, Senior Male (2nd Team) : Gordon Laughland (Setter)

Player of the Year, Senior Male (1st Team) : Alan Krawczyk (Setter)

Errea Club Player of the Year : Andy Fleming (Libero / Coach, Men’s 1st Team)

Coaches Player of the Year (Senior) : Colin Towers (Libero, Men’s 2nd Team)

Coaches Player of the Year (Junior) : Sean Hendry (Middle Hitter, Men’s 2nd Team)

Congratulations to all players receiving awards and to all players / members who contributed in any way to such a successful season at Mets.

A special thanks to Chrissie for the huge effort she made organising the evening and to Scott Collins who once again played the m.c. role to perfection. You can’t touch this!!
